There are lots of ways you can help in this vital effort.

Become a member
Simply by becoming a member you help support the PTSA financially. Your yearly dues of $8 go into the PTSA working budget. A portion of the $8 dues supports local, state, and national PTSA.
Membership applications may be downloaded and returned to the front office marked PTSA. Applications are also available in the Front Office.
You can make a flat out cash donation to PTSA. You can underwrite a particular event or make a donation to the general fund. Make the check out to PBHS PTSA. We are 501(c )(3) charitable organization.

Staff a Concession Stand
Join our team of volunteers as we staff a concession stand at Bank Atlantic Center Panther games. Usually once a month, these events raise a significant portion of PTSA revenues. All volunteers must complete a free, one-hour Alcohol Training Class prior to participating. Once you have been certified, you don’t need to take it again. It is good forever. We are scheduled to work the following Panther games: October 23, 4:30, November 5, 4:30, January 7, 5:00, February 27, 2:30 and April 9, 4:30. Dress code consists of black long pants (not jeans), closed toe comfy shoes, and white tee shirt.

Volunteer at School Functions
Help sell carnations during school for Valentines Day.
Help with the dances through ticket sales, raffle and chaperoning.

Other ways to help our school can be worked into your daily life and you will never have to think about it twice:

Use your Target VISA: Target will donate1% of your purchases to your designated school each time you use your Target Visa. Designate Pompano Beach High School as your school of choice and we will receive a check from Target at no cost to you. Go to www.target.com and select Take Charge of Education, Pompano High School (note that we are designated as Pompano High School, there is no “Beach” in the title).

Office Depot 5% Back to Schools program: Office Depot will award PBHS 5% of your purchase of qualifying school supplies that the school can use for FREE SUPPLIES! Just give the cashier PBHS’s id #70023529 when you check out.
